Today is BlogDay 2006.

BlogDay was created with the belief that bloggers should have one day dedicated to getting to know other bloggers from other countries and areas of interest. On this day every blogger will post a recommendation of 5 new blogs. In this way, all Blog web surfers will find themselves leaping around and discovering new, previously unknown blogs.

So here we go (not all library related):

  1. Download Squad – this is the source most of my posts about new online tools. Every time I read I find at least 2 things I want to share with everyone else.
  2. A Library Writer’s Blog – my way of keeping up with calls for papers/presentations and articles.
  3. OPL Plus – a new find of mine (pretty much because she linked to me). Offers handy tips and links to other interesting sites & blogs.
  4. Rick Steves: Blog Gone Europe – I love Rick Steves he’s fun to watch and a great writer – he makes me miss Europe.
  5. The Daily Puppy – my daily does of cute – always makes me smile!

Hopefully I pointed out at least one new blog for you to visit – if I haven’t I have a bonus site (no personal interest involved here at all :) ) – Gamecrafters’ Guild – a site by an amazing game writer and enthusiast – includes game news, tips and reviews.

Want to know what else I read? See my blogroll.
