1. Thanks for this! all good stuff, much of which I try to tell people as well. THINK ABOUT HOW THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO USE YOUR SPACE. Why aren’t we all there making these changes, a little bit at a time?

    I missed NJLA this year but now there’s at least one great talk that I was able to absorb in absentia, thanks to you!
