I'm a girl using XQuery! 

I've been using XQuery for our digital project here at UVM for over a year now [http://cdi.uvm.edu]. Our entire digital library application is built using XQuery, XSLT, and XForms, all sitting on top of a native XML database. Its really great to see more people in libraries using these technologies. I look forward to seeing what you do with it!</description>
