I started doing this a few weeks ago in my LibGuides, so students/faculty/etc can see when I am available for consultations/meetings:

http://guides.temple.edu/content.php?pid=279&sid=5133

It's already been a great help, people can email me with suggested times ready or I can just say: look at my calendar and tell me when you want to meet.
