[...] On our new Intranet we allow the staff to pick up to 3 RSS feeds to be published right on their homepage. We used a PHP Class called LastRSS as our parser. We were able to customize it to pull URLs out our database and to make it display things the way we wanted. I know there are other options out there, but I haven’t tried them - yet. • • • [...]

Thanks for sharing the screenshots. I've been hired as a webmaster of a firm, and am an experienced web designer - but have come to find out they previously had two web developers that build a lot of tool but there's no cohesiveness at all. I'm charged with revamping the whole thing...I would LOVE to hear details of how you went about your project, the timeframe and who worked on developing it and what their roles were (that is, if it wasn't just you - was there a back-end and front-end person?). Thanks a bunch.

Btw, I am an architectural docent at the Koolhaas-designed central branch Seattle Public Library and can say from first-hand experience that librarians totally rock!

Is it just IE that's showing a humongous amount of space between the title and text of this post?

Oh, and this is now my ... sixth? time trying to comment with this. *sigh*

I hate your auto-generated pictures. Seriously.

And does it have to be numbers AND letters? O or 0? l or I? *mutters angrily*

I guess you say it's a CMS of my own design (not exactly like other CMS packages - but the same general idea) - I will gladly share with everyone :) I wasn't sure if I had the geeky type of audience I needed :) hehe
