As a result of this post, I finally went and joined Facebook! It's something that I've been meaning to do for awhile. I had hesitated because I wasn't sure how public I wanted to make my life. However, if you're not public nowadays, you're basically invisible. I've also begun a blog today as well!

The funny thing is that I've found a number of people in both my present and past on Facebook, although this shouldn't be that surprising to me. I've read a lot about the success of this social networking tool and it's good that people my age (45) are jumping on the bandwagon as well.
