I liked zoomii.com because it’s wonderful to just search on a category, such as cats, and see over 250 books with “cat” in the title!
My first thought when I watched the demo was that kids today are so spoiled. My generation had to actually walk (or ride) to the bookstore/library to see what the covers looked like. Now they (and we, of course) can simply go to zoomii.com and look at a plethora of titles on the subject of their choice).
I’m not complaining. My Mom didn’t have a TV until she was around 12 or so, so I’m sure that she has looked at the late boomer generation of which I’m a part and considered US spoiled. In reality, every adult is able to say “we had to walk 10 miles to school” or its equivalent.
I love progress.
