Getting the hang of tagging

Now that I have the handy plugin to add tags to my posts (and that technorati is actually indexing my site) I need to get the hang of tagging my posts. Sometimes I remember and other times - not so much :) So if you see a post of mine that should have tags give me a good poke and tell me to add them.
