I think that post requires a firm response.

Namely, they darn well better start showing new Gilmore Girls episodes pretty soon.

We’ve been completing our catchup of early seasons while repeats run. We’re now at the overlap point (mid-fourth season, when we started watching). Time to get confused again between Rory’s first year at Yale and Rory’s current visit to academia.

LOL – So glad people understood my comparison – I miss my new Gilmore Girls – but there have been 2 episodes last Tues and this Tues so I think they’re gearing up for some new ones

You are so right, Nicole! The biblioblogosphere is starting to look a lot like Stars Hollow – at least from the comments on that post. Maybe we’re all taking this whole L2 debate WAY too seriously.

Call it Library 2.0, call it what you want, or don’t call it anything at all. At the end of the day, we all have the same goal – to make libraries better – and we’re all in this together.

P.S. Gilmore Girls is a repeat tonight. It’s been like what, a month since they’ve had a new show?

Hi Nicole – for the record, the earliest technology plan I used at Dead Tech was published in 1997. Not that it matters, of course, because I think you’re right — the point here is that we’ve been talking about being better and more user-centred for a very long time. It just so happens that now there are some neat, easy, free web tools to help us do that online!
