Thank you very much for your very kind remarks, I really appreciate it. 

I gave the same presentation in Pittsburgh today and an idea came up that I wanted to share with you.

I can understand - User-Centred Design people &#38; Human Factors Engineers are in demand and their expertise does not come cheaply. However, it occurred to me that your academic environment might be able to help you (and others) here. 

There are Human Factor programmes at various universities and colleges throughout the country and I could imagine that students would be interested in doing projects in collaboration with libraries to study library user needs and behaviours. How people use and consume information seems to me like a cool topic to do research on right now! 

Anyway, I hope this is useful to you and your readers
